I was recommended this optician and I?m glad I went. Made to feel welcome and treated with respect and first class service. All the staff are really nice and I?d definitely recommend this place. Mr Baird was very helpful and was happy to explain anything I needed explained and just had time for me which is rare with the big high street opticians. I love my new specs!

It was a great experience, Mr. Tom was excellent he did my Eye tests with a lot of care. I was very pleased by su h professional behaviour, he did not rush at any point of the consultation and made sure i understood everything. He did not mind any questions and gave a very thorough explanation for them. 5 of out 5 recommended to everyone. Dealt with precision and care

What a great experience, from start to finish Tom was absolutely brilliant in conducting my eye exam. He answered every question I had, and also explained every process of the eye exam. I would highly recommend Tom Baird optician. The girls who work there are also so professional and kind. Fantastic experience!

Decided to give this place a try when I came up here and he was the only optician to notice my eye condition and he took the time to explain things to me properly so I have no problem recommending him to my friends and family

Been a Client for a few years, sadly due to a minor repair being carried out on my glasses, and an inexcusable delay .And have to say a pretty lame excuse for the cause of the delay. When I got my glasses back No one in the shop noticed I ended up with a chrome part on my glasses. Making them look mismatched with the rest of the style;e. And I had to pay a bit for the pleasure of this mismatch. It's all to do with the attention to the detail isn't it ! So I guess it was time to go else where for my futureprescription / test and glasses.. Mind you The staff are really pleasant.Tom, you will have had me on file as Mr Laird. !
