If I could give this store 0 stars I would - one poor girl on the checkout desk (apologies to her for this review - not your fault, unless you are also the manager!) I eventually gave up waiting to be served as the queue got longer and longer behind me and left my trolley and goods behind. Will stick to Kilmarnock store where I usually shop.

Rubbish lack of kids stock (boys. clothes. .jackets in general if your kids aged 8 ish it's not worth going in) seems to cater more towards girls clothes ..been in several times now think this will be my last!

Devastated!! Last min Xmas shop, last min as my friends house went on fire where my wee girls presents where stored!
In shop nearly got everything turned my back on my full basket and it disappeared. Then found out a member of staff had taken it and put everything back in different places from where I had first got them, and with only ten min to go had no chance of finding them again! NO APOLOGIES! IN FACT SHE THEN WENT ON TO GIVE ME ABUSE TRYING TO GET MENTO LOSE MY TEMPER.
BIG FAT ZERO ON CUSTOMER CARE! IT FELT LIKE A PERSONAL ATTACK!

I don't think that it's as good as it used to be. They have far fewer mens shirts and could not find a cotton nightie for my wife. Nearly all polyester. Still worth an occasional visit
