Had a non-fault accident recently, it's been an absolute nightmare dealing with insurance companies, claim handling companies and car hire. Iain has been the only one who has been of genuine assistance and he has gone above and beyond. As another reviewer stated, I also got my car returned in a better condition than when I first purchased it. Heartfelt thanks to Iain and his team at The Car Repair Guys.

Now had my car in for repair for the second time with them after 2 non fault accidents, and have to say the job done both times was fantastic. Kept me up to date with everything, including issues with back order parts from Mercedes, so I knew what was going on at all times. Work on the car is second to none, and wouldn't take my car anywhere else now if needing a repair and would recommend to anyone.Cheers guys!

I cannot recommend the car repair guys enough. I was in accident 3 weeks ago (non-fault). I contacted Iain at the car repair guys and I cannot tell you how easy the whole process was. Iain instructed an accident management company on my behalf who arranged my courtesy car and my personal injury claim. Iain collected my car, repaired it and returned it to my driveway cleaner than it was the very day I got it. And not once have I had any lengthy dealings with insurance companies. Iain kept me up to date throughout with expected completion dates etc and he?s such a lovely guy, so pleasant. I hope I don?t need to, but would gladly work with the car repair guys in the future. Really great service.

I have used The Car Guys three times now and it?s been a high level and seamless service every time. Iain is always quick to reply, give guidance and provide quotes. The body work that has been completed has been done to a top standard and you can tell the guys are passionate and take a pride in their work. The work has often been completed ahead of schedule and always for a good price. I will continue to use The Car Guy whenever I need any body work done. Thanks again!

Couldn?t recommend Ian enough, had my car back within a week! always keeps you up to date on how repairs are going etc, if you need to contact him he will get back literally straight away and will help you as much as he possible can. Will 100% be back if I ever need anything done to my car again, very happy with customer service I received.

Went and got a crack in my rear bumper fixed here a few weeks ago, the guys done a great job for a good price bumper looked brand new. Would 100 percent recommend them.
