This shop always closes 30min to an hour early, never open for late after work necessity shops, even though maps says it will be open, also really creepy shop, very liminal and dark.

I regret to say that you are cheating a bit... the store is open until 10pm on working days and Saturdays, not until midnight as you say, I think more than one person was fooled, including me last night, and the rest... a store is a store

Really good customer service, a wee ginger employee by the name of Aaron was really helpful and was very polite to me and other customers, all the employees seemed cheerful and happy and ready to help

Lazy and unhelpful staff at customer service desk. My trolley stopped working at the doors today around 9.30 am. This is the second time this has happened. I had my toddler in a carrier and needed help to move my shopping to a working trolley or at least help to get my trolley working again.
I approached the costumers service desk to be told that they couldn't help. No being asked to wait till the staff could make time for the matter to be resolved. Just a plain not helping. Unbelievably lazy and unhelpful. This was unpractical to me and an annoyance. However for a disabled person this would of been a serious matter.
Really poor form. I've been going to this store for years but now reluctant to return due to the trolley issue and laziness of the staff.

Tesco. East Lane Paisley is an excellent store with very reasonable prices and fabulous staff well except for the cleaner she walks up and down with a brush in her hand at SNAIL PACE
I have never seen her tidy or clean anything!!! I have seen the staff tidy and clean though.
