Avoid on a Sunday - very understaffed and rude till staff weirdly piled my shopping on top of her til and would not release for packing until I'd paid - when she shoved my shopping at me and did not actually give me everything - unclear whether her theft was deliberate or merely because she is dreadful at her job, but either way definitely go elsewhere.

The person that served me named Tricia was awfully rude and passive aggressive laughing at me the customer for not wanting to take up a certain so called deal that she was charging me for. Mean girl attitude ?

Last week I received brow lamination & LVL from the beauty studio within Superdrug Paisley. The lovely therapist Razia was very attentive and kind. She was patient with me as I really struggle with things being near my eyes and have sensitive skin in general. She was very informative about after care and what to do during the procedure especially making a conscious effort to ask if I was ok and reassuring me which I really appreciated. My mum also received a brow and lash tint which she was really pleased with. A week later everything still looks great and I feel for the price I couldn?t have received any better treatment outwith. Would recommend and will definitely go back again.

Received a great experience recently from one of lovely ladies who is a cashier (didn't get her name) about a month ago. Came in initially to buy one product and also face wipes, that she advised were on offer. She also told me about the other promotions, as well as offering the points card. Very happy with her service and generally the assistance each time I've came into this store ?
