Bought double steak and double cheese 12" sub on Tuesday, been absolutely bent over in pain and diagnosed with food poison... shouldn't have eat it as the meat was freezing cold and obviously has built up bacteria. The service was shocking also, they clearly don't want to be there. I won't be back ?

AVOID THIS STORE - On two difference occasions I?ve been in and the man behind the desk has been arrogant. One piece of pepper was put on my sub with 3 grains of sweetcorn. I asked can you please put some more veg on and he placed one more piece of each before basically throwing my subway at me once wrapped. Made to feel very uncomfortable and won?t be returning.

Manager was very aggressive and verbally abusive when I queried price. Reported to police so can't go into detail at the moment.

I ORDERED ABOUT 30 MINS AHEAD USING THE SUBWAY APP ONLY TO ARRIVE AND FIND OUT THEY HAD NO CLUE I'D PLACED AN ORDER.
They looked around then checked the till screen where I guess the app orders show up. I then saw them make my order up in front of me. There were no apologies, no sorry for the wait, then just a grunt when handing over my order. No customer service, no smile, no enjoy your food, no come again soon.
Don't bother using the Subway app to order ahead as they obviously don't check their terminal, too busy with Just Eat, etc to pay attention.
Having said all that, the food was delicious with plenty of ingredients although they should have offered to change their gloves as the order was a non meat one.

Got ripped off. They basically charged me individually per item as opposed to charging me for the meal deal, even after I challenged them on it. Food wasn't great either and the portions were minimal at best; they gave me one slice of tomato on my sub. Not even joking. Needless to say, I will NOT be back!!!

Go here most mornings for a sub, always greeted with a smile and conversation, staff are well trained and friendly.Good to see staff that know their stuff regarding gluten intolerance.

Please stop chucking all your business rubbish in neighbouring back gardens. It is disgusting and is attracting rats. Have politely asked the owner and staff to stop doing it several times and staff pretend they can?t hear and/or don?t speak English.. Why would you knowingly attract rats to a food premises? Wouldn?t trust that correct food safety standards are being met.
