Visited on 04 December 24. Staff behind counter didn?t have a very good command of the English language to put it mildly. Tried to gain access through the door to the ?unisex toilet? with no success. Eventually I got an assistant to come out from the back of the shop who advised it was ?not working?. If the lavatory is out of order, how difficult is it to put a little ?out of order? sign on the door ? I won?t be back here.

Everything about the food was just wrong, I got gave hearty Italian bread (I ordered Italian herb and chees), I then ordered it with ham and turkey with double meat(only got turkey and no double meat) then the other sandwich which was a bmt only had ham and pepperoni. Think you should just close this shop it?s clearly got incompetent workers.

Wish the place hadn't been refurbished. Absolute joke. Staff have no idea what theyre doing and the new self check out is horrendous. You want two sauces too bad, want to use your app points and rewards oops and when you try to talk to staff to give your order Because the machine isn't doing any of what it's supposed to basically ignore you or say use the machine. Poor excuse for a subway will never be going here again. I suggest everyone else avoid here and use the one on the high street or piazza.

Staff is very arrogant and was arguing with me related to an order when I went there to collect just eat order. Next time she hasn?t asked my order number for 5 minutes even no customers are there in store.

After ordering online today, it wa delivered quickly, unfortunately it was stone cold, and was clearly not freshly prepared, when I called, the employee who answered, whose 1st language was not English hung up on me, after calling back several times, I asked for the manager, to be told, he wasn't availableAvoid !!!!

I got a chicken sub meal. Cost more than other subway stores £5.89. I got it toasted and it was burnt. Used my subway card for points and they wer not added onto my i was disappointed.

The man serving was lovely and helpful however the girl serving wasn't so great. Had to reiterate a few times I wanted a meatless meatball and she walked away before asking if I wanted anything else on it, or even the bread I wanted. I asked for a huge helping of jalapeños on my sub (literally no other salad) and instead received about 4 pickles on it... Not even close! Ahh well, got a free cookie from the helpful man serving which made me happy :)
