Sorry I forgot to do this at the time and just remembered. I first went into the store in Paisley and dealt with Joe who was extremely helpful and pleasant, really gave of his time and made me feel at ease.I went away and had a think about my purchase and when I came back Joe was on his day off but I processed the sale with a lady I think it was Angela and she was so helpful and gave me great advice on sizing and which couch to eventually go for. Now the exciting part waiting for it to arrive.Many Thanks I the staff in the Paisley store who are a credit to your company.

Just wanted to look at some sofas. The manager approached us and was very nice. Left us to brouse and when we decided what we wanted he got a charming salesman named Sunny to order our sofa. He was Very pleasant and not pushy at all. All sorted in no time. Excellent experience.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I purchased my carpet and hard flooring for my flat in October 2023 and today, 24 Feb 2024, the job is still not completed. I?ve had the products delivered the first week of December (after choosing in-stock 7 day delivery items, but that?s another issue) and still have the 2nd bedroom and hallway without carpet. I did my part to have the existing flooring removed and taken away. The hard flooring installed in the kitchen does not allow my kickboards to fit, so I now have huge gaps between the floor and bottom of cupboards. When I call SCS, I?m told it not their responsibility to arrange fitting and the product delivery is their only responsibility. They delivered all my products to the outside of my building and I had to carry it all up to my flat. I?m in my 30s but if I were an older person or had mobility challenges, this would not have been possible. I moved to Scotland from overseas and chose SCS as the showroom was close to my work, and they claimed they were able to install and fit in short order. This ordeal has been an absolute stressor and I highly recommend others look elsewhere for their flooring needs. I will not ever recommend SCS to family and friends.

Made to feel comfortable and given the information about any suite I asked about. I chose a leather finish and was talked through the different levels of leather so I could make the right decision.

Worst experience so far never buying from them again product was good for 2 months after that 4/5 chairs ripped called customer service they kept waffling not a surprise once they responded they came to collect chairs and table they didnt pick up the table and left it there still in the living room, hit my 5yr old son from the corner of the table ,again not surprised, worst experience, if the SCS team see this please collect the table before it injures somone else.

Very happy with the service we received today from Graeme. We went in looking fot a cheap sofa but instead left with a lazy boy after speak with Graeme. He offered us a great deal and the quality of the sofa is amazing. Can't wait for it to get delivered.

The delivery Team of Scs worth zero! Can't understand why when they deliver large items like sofas, they don't bring a trolley at all! They failed to deliver my sofa twice, I moved home recently received lots of furniture, but only Scs failed like this! The first crew of drivers Jason and John couldn't deliver my sofa on 20th May, said will pass the problem to their office, will deliver my sofa with a smaller van which could easier parking, and promised to bring a trolley next time. They took serval pictures as well. And when I spoke to the person who rearrange my delivery, I double checked with her, she confirmed they received the pictures, and I also mentioned the next drivers must bring a trolley nor they won't deliver the sofa. I believe the staff understand what I mean. However, today, just 3rd June, the second crew came, one driver' s name is Konrad which I can only see from the email.I didn't receive any call from the drivers before they coming, I just received a 'notice' that they couldn't deliver today again, they didn't bring a trolley, they still drove a large truck. They said they didn't receive any note of the delivery problem. I was really shocked and angry. I paid £99 for the delivery but can't receive my sofa twice, just because they didn't bring a stupid trolley and can't walk down to my flat although it's just 1 minute away. I would rather return the sofa although I have waiting for it 3 and half months. But when I looked into terms and conditions, I found their terms is: ?If we are unable to arrange a delivery date that is within 28 days of receipt we may have to cancel your Order and deduct a charge for our reasonable administration, transit and storage costs from your refund. That charge will be no more than 25% of the Contract price of the Products (that is the purchase price but not the delivery charges which will be refunded in full).?Just be aware of all the terms and conditions before you purchase from SCS, or maybe you will lose lots of money.I'm now waiting for Scs to reply if they accept my return or if they may arrange another delivery 'successfully' ASAP. Let's see?

Have an ongoing problem with this company for nearly two years and they are still giving me problems. Will never again buy anything from SCS , absolutely incompetent and terrible customer service. Do not even deserve the one star
