I went into High Street Paisley branch as I had been having terrible issues with the holiday company I used. They requested information and I was so unsure how to get this sent over. I was served by Sharon who was absolutely brilliant and her colleague who I'm sorry I forget his name. He went above and beyond to help me which I am truly greatful for. Excellent service from the team on shift today. Thankyou so much

Deserves a reward for worst bank of the decade for the way they handle things. Will give students overdraft accounts on low income for first time banking experience and don't inform customers of any overdraft made for over 2 weeks. Always arguments inside their branches all over Ayrshire.
