Have gone into Santander Paisley a couple of times over the past few weeks. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also nice to observe them interacting with people who were obviously regular customers at the branch - overall friendly feel.

I went into High Street Paisley branch as I had been having terrible issues with the holiday company I used. They requested information and I was so unsure how to get this sent over. I was served by Sharon who was absolutely brilliant and her colleague who I'm sorry I forget his name. He went above and beyond to help me which I am truly greatful for.
