My Partner passed went to the bank the young lady was very helpful and efficient at organising my account. I am 70 and find trying to use iPad confusing. She helped me set up mobile banking as I can't get out much. Always have found everyone very helpful each time my partner and I had any problems they were sorted effectively and quickly. Thank you for your service.

Posted my review today 23rd October 24. My first visit to this branch on the 28th September 24. I saw Nicole and explained to her the problems? she was very professional in dealing with the issue I had with credit card. She called her internal credit card department to find out what has been going on?
Again on the 2nd and 14thOctober I went back to the branch to find out the credit card issue. Louise was very kind, professional and very helpful. She called the internal credit card department to find out what was the issue? It seems to be taking forever.
On the 18th October I had to go back to the branch again. Saw Nicole and she called internal credit card department.
I don't blame this branch at all. They have been very good in helping me to solved the issue. The problem started from RBS SAUHIEHALL BRANCH. I won't be going back to that branch ever again. Caroline was unfriendly and soured faced. Not happy to help.
For Nicole and Louise five stars for your services to me and thank you so much.

I have been using the Paisley branch for over 15 years now and never had any issues. The majority of my banking can be done with the automated cash machines - however always plenty of staff to assist if required. The bonus - large private carpark onsite.
