The owner forgets that the ONLY reason he is in business is due to his customers which he should treat with respect and basic manners.
Staff is helpful but his behaviour is rude and primitive! The least you can do when someone is trying to explain to you something with regards to an issue is LISTEN. I always have ID with me in the form of bank cards or driving license, in this instance I was trying to explain to you personally that I have a middle name which doesn't appear on some ID. But you wouldn't listen. You raise your voice and that's not acceptable! I bet you wouldn't dare to behave like that with a man. Such a shame, as some of the staff there have always been helpful, but not you. Will take my EVRI business elsewhere. All the best!

Ordered stuff and was accepted said it would be an hour. 2 hours later it arrived and they never had items I wanted. Not good enough? won?t be using your shop again.

This place has really good products, but horrible prices. They will follow you about, saying if ur not buying anything then leave even if you're looking for something.They will not stand at till they just wait looking at camera instead of being at the till even though you can stand at the till and look at the cameras horrible customer service

Check dates when buying anything.I?m absolutely shocked at how often this shops products are out of date. I?m not talking about a day or two, I?m talking months! The worst was 14 months out of date..Most recent purchase was EIGHT MONTHS out of date. They were out of stock last week so you?ve got to wonder where they are buying stock from? Buying out of stock food on the cheap?Previously been caught out so many times in here so usually check the date but sometimes we are just jumping in to grab something.We won?t be back as it?s just too far now. They know fine well what they?re doing and don?t care. I?ve taken out of date products back a couple times and they just shrug their shoulders, not even a sorry. Fed up being nice to them about it. Disgusting. They don?t care about the community they make money from.

Popped in here today. Immediately the female worker noticed I had my arm in a cast, following a break, and offered to help. Really kind and helpful as was the lady on the till. Nice to see

I received an email from Evri saying my parcel was delivered on the 11 of February. I went to collect the parcel few days later but the staff said it was not there and to come back the following day. I went again and once again the staff told me there was no parcel under my name. Today, I decided to call the shop (just before 14:24) and ask about my parcel, for the woman who was assisting me with my enquiry to talk bad about me with another colleague. She was complaying as according to her I have been calling everyday, and apparently my surname was also too hard for her, even tho it is only 5 letters. The funny thing is that the person on the phone sounded to be a foreign as well!!! Really bad costumer service!!! I am not going to use this shop to collect my parcels in the future.

Frequently running out of labels for the Hermes parcel machine meaning wasted repeat trips to the store.Also I'm pretty sure they're supplying water in place of hand sanitizer for public use at the store entrance, although I could be wrong - it could just be alcohol gel that's odourless, the viscosity of water and doesn't evaporate when you rub into hands.
