“Visited this store regularly from childhood. Great book selection, authors frequently visit the store and I had the chance to speak to one of my favourite Scottish horror authors when I was 15 here. The 2nd floor has a superb discount book section that has gotten me into some book series that I never would have purchased otherwise. At full price you tend to only buy books you know you'll like, so the discount section has been pleasantly surprising in regards to discovering new genre and authors.”
“staff in the shops are lovely but its a shame that the attitude of the staff in the post office area ruin that. I heard of people saying to avoid using this post office but this is the first I've experienced the customer service there and I will not be back unfortunately”

“We used the Passport Renewal Service today. Luckily the shop was quiet so we didn't wait long. Alexis served us and was very efficient and friendly, a lovely girl.”
“With all the troubles between Royal Mail Group and the Communication Workers Union it is reassuring to find that there are still some hard working friendly post men and post women working here. The newly installed barrier can be a bit of a nuisance as it backs traffic up on to the road until a friendly post man or post woman opens it for you and allows you to find a parking spot of which there are usually plenty. Once inside the friendly staff very quickly locate any returned parcels for you.”
“Plenty of parking space and easy to see where the entrance is, staff were polite and efficient. This is the place to go if you're dropping off a delivery for the US. I was originally sent to the depo by the FedEx website which was very difficult to find and get into, and then they told me they couldn't send it to the US from there. So if you're looking where to drop off your packages, this is the one!”
