Having previously had good experiences when buying parts to fix my mums toilet flush I rushed over after discovering a leak from a fitting under my kitchen sink. The gentleman kindly allowed me to try out a spare rubber washer he had before I went further with replacing larger parts. He was very knowledgeable and gave me hints and tips on how much torque to use etc. The leak has now stopped. Thanks for a great service!

Went in to buy a small part, and was given great service and person behind the counter took time to make sure i bought the correct part.As i am not in the trade I normally go to a diy store for these items, however will return as the knowledge and service were very good.
