I was very impressed during my eye check up appointment today.
Firstly Eva completed a detailed questionnaire with me, followed by several technical inspections of my eye health, and then the Opthamologist Kirsty took over to complete more eye tests.
Both ladies were very pleasant and professional and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout.

I've been going here for my glasses and contact lenses for over 10 years and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. I've also been taking my son here since he was tiny and he loves going in and having a chat with the staff. The opticians are brilliant, make you feel comfortable and are happy answer any questions. The ladies who work out front are amazing and most have been there for years!The staff are knowledgeable and give excellent advice when choosing glasses to suit the individual, both style and budget. Any issues I've had have been quickly resolved and the staff are happy to help. My son has broken his glasses a couple of times and I've torn lenses, every time we go into the store they go out of their way to resolve the problem.If you have a question you can pop in or call the store on a direct number instead of having to speak to a call centre.Excellent customer service, very warm and welcoming and you do feel like a valued customer...
