Visited Morrisons with my girlfriend today who has a broken ankle with the hope of using one of there mobility scooters or wheel chairs. Person on the desk gave me a key but never gave any instructions. I tried both the mobility scooters and while the key fitted one of them, it wasn't working. I asked a woman who was passing for assistance and she was great but unfortunately wasn't able to assist with the mobility scooter.
Went back to where they gave me the key and asked the woman how to work these, she shrugged her shoulders and just said it must not be charged and hung the key up. She never gave me the key for the other one to try or anything.
My partner then had to sit on a bench at the entrance to the store next to the door and trollies while I ran around the shop quickly grabbing the essentials. She was freezing by the time I got back.
Overall very disappointed with the stores accessibility options.

Great salad bar, fish corner, and cold meat counter. 1 off the only places I know that still does this.
Highly recommended when looking for fresh fish.
Good for deals and have offers on daily products in the evening.

In cafe right now, I feel so sorry for the staff. Queues are building up, 1 girl on the till and she gas to fill coffee machines as well. She is lovely but under so much pressure. Shame on you morrisons. You should respect your staff. Respect breeds respect. Fir sure we won't be back. Now been waiting half an hour for our breakfast.

Good selection of produce. Prices are OK.
Not a fan of the self checkouts, as if you need a staff member to approve anything, it takes ages for them to come over.
No idea what is happening with the discount section - it feels really cheap and not something I'd expect to see in a Morrisons store.
P.s. please bring back the store made salads, in the cardboard boxes. They were amazing and really handy for lunch time!
