Literally left out half our order. By the time we got home was too late. Shouldn't have trusted them to do it right. Never going there again. Would advise everyone to stay away

What is actually wrong with this place these days? Ordered 2 meals and sides from the drive through at a time that was really quiet. Got back home, opened the bag and realised I was given someone else's order entirely... the drive back to the restaurant, unfortunately, was too long to go back for a refund or to swap the food for my original order. This is so disappointing, especially when it's not even busy! Complete disregard for any checks to orders. I've honestly lost count of how many times I've been disappointed in this place for so mamy reasons, cold food, flat fizzy juice, having to wait an age at the side of the building for my order, but it's my local so I always try again, hoping things have changed. Enoughs enough. Sort your McShit out Linwood!

Incredibly slow, 15 minutes from order, certainly not fast food.
Went to a table, was dirty, nearby a girl with cleaning stuff for table chatting away to friends , went got napkins, wiped table but still sticky, moved table all in her eyesight and still chatting away , can't stand that attitude.
However food was hot and tasty

feeling like kendrick lamar because 'damn.' food is barley ever warm, went with someone who got a burger and asked for gerkins and got a spec of gerkin, toilets not nice either. AND IT AINT HALAL. big up my boy faizan and aizan.

Yet again asked to park up to wait on order this branch is fast becoming famous for this. So much so when went to park up NO SPACES. THATS THE LAST 8 visits it?s been the same. No longer a fast food outlet.

The staff in there must share a braincell, Half of my order was missing both in which were meals and they didn?t give chips and gave the complete wrong wrap, do they know how to read in there? £30 down the drain.

Don?t know what sort of slow-in-the-head clowns this place employs. They can?t even put together basic orders, remember straws or communicate whatsoever. Was left waiting 15 minutes for a cheeseburger whilst the guy at the window handed us out the wrong order 3 times??? Won?t even answer the phone as we?ve got home to realise they?ve still not got the order right - it?s not that hard?

Very poor service!! Waited over 30mins in parking area!! Never seemed to be a problem for just eat!! As sat and counted over 30 different drivers constantly in & out!! & believe me there were plenty more than 30!! Just eat seems to be very high priority now within McDonald's rather than the restaurant visiting customer!! Food was cold, chips soggy and just tossed in a bag!! 4 packs of chips with none in the box!! All lying at bottom of the bag!! Burgers cold and looks like they've been put together by a 2 year old!! Burgers hanging off the bun, sauce all over the place!! Had to wipe the Burgers with napkins to hold them!! Was just an absolute shambles!! Will not be back to this place!! Prob even McDonald's as it's a shambles all over now!!

Rarely get orders correct. 1 visit my wife asked for a quarter pounder with no cheese, burger box even had a sticker sayin this, open the box and there's cheese this has actually happened so many times my wife has stopped asking for it. Waiting time is ridiculous only to receive cold food they also give you ice creams at the window then ask to park up so you end up with melted ice cream and cold food and 9 &½ times out of 10 they get the order wrong and miss something. Tonight I got asked to park up waiting again 15/20 mins for the food to come but no drink so another further wait for drink. Place is terrible!

Ordered via drive thru, only one other car in front, after ordering chilli wrap meal deal x 2, drove to payment, paid for meal and on arrival at collection, meals were ready to collect (all within a few minutes of paying), no conversation with person passing the food through the hatch, not even a thanks or enjoy your food, drove to car park, parked up and found chips were slightly warm, but not cold, appeared to have been ready for a while. At least the wraps were hot.
Don't eat McDonalds very often, but I called in here before a 45-minute drive home. Next time, I'll wait and use the McDonalds at the Fort or Coatbridge.
