Called to request a viewing. The woman on the phone said I cant get a viewing because I require a UK guarantor. I said I'll have one, no problem. She then said she cant provide a viewing. She decided to just not offer a viewing because she decided. Also, She was asking the amount of savings over the phone, which is ridiculous....

My experience with this branch of Martin and co is disgraceful, How they get away with the way they treat and speak to their customers and the lack of help they give is beyond me. Unhelpful, disrespectful very unapproachable speak down to you like they are better than you - 1 Star is because I can’t give zero !
