Martin & Co – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Martin & Co is nothing but a greedy, dishonest letting agent that scams tenants out of their deposits. After renting a property through them for five years, leaving it in better condition than I received it, they are now trying to steal £546.58 from my deposit for so-called “repairs”...

Avoid at all cost!! I have never been treated this bad when leaving a property. Should have sued, but I didn't want to waste my time. PLEASE be careful when dealing with them! They don't even follow their own contracts!
