Shop has 4 online odds machines for more markets in play in ALL SPORTS. 5 gambling units with everything from Roulette to bingo to cards and dogs.
The Coupons and Odds are worse than 90% AT WILLIAM HILL, but, Ladbrokes has screens, which actually loses William Hill customers and money on BIG MATCH DAYS but make Ladbrokes and Paddy Power a power.
Staff are nice enough to talk and deal with.
Staff. Well , they don't seem to do Customer Service like making a point of coming over and building a working-Customer relationship and make you feel like you're human and wanted in the shop
Just by telling some customers a little silly joke or asking if you'd like a Cuppa, can make a big difference in the customer's mood, but I, and many others would end up staying longer and betting bigger.
As it is just now. I come in and sit up the back for two hours using internet to look at the stats but, I only spend £2-3.50 when I'm leaving.
As I'm aware nobody seems bothered, its just a job for them.
