H. i don't often do reviews iunless excellent or really bad, unfortunately this review is really bad, I came in last night with my grandchildren and I can honestly say the toilets looked like nothing I have ever seen in a restaurant before, pools of pee running back from the toilets absolutely disgusting hygiene levels, no paper in toilet,,, I could go on ,,, if I had seen this before I'd eaten I would have ran out that door,

I went to the drive through in your Renfrew road branch I was treated in a disgusting manner by your employee at the drive through window I asked for bbq sauce they told me it was 50p you get a dip with a boneless banquet meal .Please ensure your staff know their menu.The young man in question told me to go to McDonald?s if I wasn?t going to pay . His attitude was disgraceful. Sadly KFC have lost a sale due to a rude disrespectful employee . On contrast I went to Linwood branch and the young man was so helpful so it can be achieved . We can all have bad days but don?t take out on your paying customers

I just want to give your staff Michaella the recognition she deserves. After witnessing my brother suffer an epileptic seizure in your store on Monday she was so quick and professional at handling the situation. I was obviously in a bit of a panic and didn?t get to thank her properly but she truly went above and beyond and is an absolute credit to you!

on just eat asked for flat wings only (no drumsticks) on a 20 bucket and they delivered. never been more happy!!! :))

Had placed an order on just eat and there was a mix up with the address so the order never came,but the just eat driver put on the app delivered :/ My partner went to the restaurant and the young manager couldn't have been any more helpful ,he replaced the food with a completely fresh order and added some extras for our inconvenience.

Absolute nightmare of a place to order from. Person in the drive thru intercom could hardly understand or speak a word of English and whilst taking my order was shouting and speaking to some other member of staff so I kept on having to repeat the order. Finally managed to get my order across which looked correct on the screen. Got upto the window and was charged over £40 for 2 small chicken burgers and chips for the kids and 2 zinger burger box meals for myself and the missus. Questioned the price but I was assured this was correct so reluctantly handed over the money. Next thing that came out was all the wrong drinks and they were massive, 2 of which were meant to be for kids and 2 medium meals. Only 2 of these were box meals but they put all 4 in a big box of their own ? they then stuffed them all into one paper bag and tried to jam it all through my car window which in turn just ripped all the bag which was nowhere near big enough for 4 boxes in the first place and far to big for a car window. Ended up all over me and the car. Complained to the server asking what on earth he was doing to which he shrugged his shoulders, asked for a manager to which he pretended he didn?t understand me again then eventually said there was no manager available. By this time there was a massive queue behind me and I was going to be late to pick the kids up from their after school class so I had to leave. Still looking into where I can complain online but so far no joy.

Nice KFC with great staff however the place was absolutely freezing cold and the floor was extremely slippy I nearly slipped a few times
