"3/5" not really as a review just aimed at neutrality. I had 6 huge JW Grant badged bags delivered last week and thought shame if they go to landfill. Called JW Grant but they don't take them back. Imagine they must cost a couple quid or so - and embedded carbon - each to produce, would have run them round myself but that is a NO - so all off to landfill like every other one of 1000s of bags produced. Surely this can be sorted out?

I have used the Paisley depot a lot and I have found the staff really helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need and get it loaded into your vehicle.

The yard staff are not very nice people and one male counter staff member is too abrupt in his manner for my likening,? paid to deal with the public but have no social skills at all !!! Sort it out ...

Put an order in on Sunday 23rd April 23 and email received advising Delivery on 26th which came and went,called Office advised it was on it's way lie number one,emailed office in relation to failed delivery another lie saying it would happen between 11.30am & 2pm again no show,wife phoned and advised it was now happening between 2pm & 4pm said the salesperson Jim was abrupt and cheeky so won't hold my breath.I have also sent several emails to Head Office which appear to have been ignored totally unprofessional and unreliable Company.

Went for a look at the patio paving, there are a lot of examples in the displays for ground and wall coverings. Small and large paving stones and cladding. There are also plenty of paving brochures in the customer service area ?
