Been a while since I reviewed this business ! Iv been using Neil for almost 20 years ! The shop and windows are immaculate The service is second to none ! I look fwd to getting my ironing back beautifully pressed and on hangers covered with polyethylene bedding perfect and covered as well never once have I had to complain
Keep doing what you do so well Neil a perfect job and certainly not expensive

I had some blood stains on my mattresstopper, having cut my foot. Ironed out removed all the stains perfectly. Unfortunately though the topper reeked of chemicals (stain remover?) airing it out in my living room it gave me a headache. The man said it was machine washed. But I wonder if it was rinsed properly. I can't possibly put it back on my bed smelling like that. The man said open your windows and let it air out for 24hrs. I get the feeling I was fobbed off.

Excellent work guy is so friendly and polite ill be going in once a month to get him to do my chef whites and uniform xxx such a good value for money and such a fast turn around .....love love love.....are you looking for extra staff ....

I put my curtains in to get cleaned due to discolouration at the top from burning candles. No stain to lower part of curtains. The price was £40 which I thought was expensive but don?t know if that?s normal price so paid this hoping it?d be worth it. Picked up my curtains and went to hang them and noticed a lot of new black stains down the bottom half that weren?t previously there. I took them back to the shop and the man was nice and said he?d put them through again. I picked them up for a second time and he reassured me there wasNo longer any stains. I should have checked the item in store but I trusted he was telling the truth and didn?t want to be a jobsworth but now I wish I was. The curtains have came back in worse condition this time with more stains and now covered in dog hairs ? I don?t even own a dog. Really poor considering the price £140 curtains ruined as well as a wasted £40. Will never be getting my curtains ?cleaned? again.
