Staff are always friendly, there's usually a decent selection of hot and cold food and service is fast. Everything you want from a Greg's apart from the app machine never seems to be working... I've missed out on so many freebies but it's in a very convenient location.

We came in today. We didn?t get what we ordered at first, but we get our right food in second attept. The problem is MUSIC. It?s terrible and it?s hard to comunicate. IT?S TOO LOUD! Possibly that?s why our order got mistaken. Also these terrible radio advertisements. And staff can?t do anything about it. We want to eat food in peace not listen to these bloody ads!! :(

Standard Greggs. The bins were overflowing a bit and the tables needed a wipe down when I visited. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The floor is filthy. The seats and tables are sticky. No milk in the jugs had to wait and ask the staff for milk. The place definitely could do with a deep clean.

Went this morning at 10.30 only 1 was serving a very busy shop .They other 2 were busy right enough. Making steak bakes pies..etc for lunch time.?..I couldn't understand when there was plenty of steak bakes pies sausage rolls in the hot cabinet.?..Should the big queue not be priority to making more hot things for lunch at that time in the morning..When I said this to the girl she said they were short staffed..Think a bit of re training needed..
