As far as I know there are no GPs left at this surgery. Hence very difficult to get appointments! The receptionists do their best!

Most of the GPs are helpful although some could do with training on bedside manner and empathy.The reception staff leave a lot to be desired right now. There is a genuine lack of help from them. Apparently I cannot order prescriptions before 10am so I now have to take more time out of my work day to call them knowing that they will likely not answer the phone and when I go on holiday I will have no meds because I also am not allowed an appointment with the gp to request meds???The whole place is a shambles and my 3 stars are really for the 3 drs in there who do what they can to help, it's certainly not for it's set up or ability to be helpful when you speak with reception.

Tried to register with this practice and was told I can?t register unless there are pre-existing patients living at my address. I was asked, rather patronisingly, if my mum or dad are registered at the practice. They both live in Glasgow, I am nearly 30 years old, live alone and have done for years. This policy is ludicrous and should, at the very least, be made clear on the practice website before I went to the effort of printing off and filling out the forms. Extremely poor and delighted I now won?t be registering here.

My gran has been trying to get an appointment for months, she has severe copd, high cholesterol, vitamin d deficiency and others yet most of her medicines are missing from her repeat prescription! Disgrace, my gran will be going to another surgery. She has already emailed the gmc and Scottish government

Although I rarely go to them, the worst thing about Paisley was the reception didn't answer the phone and a lot of things so I took the mobile to another medical center
