“Visited the Abbotsinch branch and spoke to the lovely Denise about ordering a hall carpet. She was very helpful and organised Jason to come out to the house and measure. This was ordered and fitted within a couple of weeks. The carpet fitters, Jamie and his son Danny, came out and made an excellent job of fitting. So much so , I'm going back to order a new carpet for my living room and will request to have the same carpet fitters.”

I first went into the store in Paisley and dealt with Joe who was extremely helpful and pleasant, really gave of his time and made me feel at ease.I went away and had a think about my purchase and when I came back Joe was on his day off but I processed the sale with a lady I think it was Angela and she was so helpful and gave me great advice on sizing and which couch to eventually go for.
