“Very good service. After ignoring a letter for a few months due to family issues, I finally arranged to get booked in. Not an issue getting an appointment, seen within 2 weeks, receptionist very accomodating to my work pattern. Opthomologist very efficient, I feel I had the "full works". Extremely friendly and actually enjoyed my visit. Great service and no pressure to buy glasses as my prescription has not changed. I've been using this practice for many years. I will continue and recommend.”

Firstly Eva completed a detailed questionnaire with me, followed by several technical inspections of my eye health, and then the Opthamologist Kirsty took over to complete more eye tests.
Both ladies were very pleasant and professional and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout.”

“I called due to an issue with my eye that was worsening. Due to limited appointments I was offered the opportunity for advice via Facebook messenger after sending pics. Upon seeing the pictures, Gordon advised it would be best to be seen and squeezed me in at an hours notice. Despite being busy, he took great care and attention over my eye and ensured I was well informed. I cannot thank him enough for putting me at ease and ensuring I had a solution. “I Genuinely wouldn’t use another opticians after using the guys at West End Optical. Everything from booking an appointment to picking a pair of glasses was incredibly easy. The staff are friendly, cheerful and was a casual environment which put me at ease straight away for my eye test.I was shown respect and courtesy as a customer even though I was only initially in for a free eye test. The big thing for me was that when going for eye tests I feel like I am being pushed into buying expensive glasses right there and then. However I was give. My prescription and was told that if I didn’t want to choose a pair today that was no issue.I did of course choose a pair of glasses as the service I received was incredible. Then to my amazement the Frames & Lenses came to around £50 all together which is the cheapest I have ever had!Would recommend these guys to Anyone and will continue to do so!”

“I live in the Western isles and had my eyes tested in Specsavers Paisley. The staff were lovely and very helpful. My glasses were posted to my home address but they were very delayed. However Lisa did a great job of trying to track them down and 3 days later they were delivered. Great service”

Susan was very thorough and answered all of my questions. A small family run opticians with a great selection of frames, and you're greeted with a smile.
