The online system was playing up, so no email for a receipt, nor to say my items were ready for collection.
In store, the service was fine once someone arrived at the desk, but took a while.

Had to return a battery this morning that had failed . The gentleman on the desk did everything he could to help and replace the battery. He is the reason I am giving 5 stars for customer service. Thank you, I would highly recommend.

Used click and collect to order parts to service my car. Managed to forget one service part but added it to my order with no fuss. I like that the website doesn't make 'silly' suggestions - another online parts website kept trying to put a 4-pack of spark plugs into my basket despite my car only having three cylinders! Staff are friendly and willing to offer advice where needed.
