Had contacted them beginning of July to enquire about after school care. Responded to say can we arrange a meeting to discuss my sons needs which was fine, two weeks later contacted them again asking if any updates on a date for a meeting they replied 3 days later saying they have been busy and will be in touch when schools go back which I thought well ok not ideal but ok,
Kids have been back at school since August this is now October and I still haven?t heard back. simple. Yes or no would suffice. Customer service needs improvement.

Hired out Klas Care with a bouncy castle for my daughters birthday. Space is amazing with everything you need, nothing was too much to ask. All staff were helpful from the inital enquiry to the actual booking. Would highly recommend

My three kids attend KLAS care for the last year both in holiday and term time. The children are very well cared for and enjoy all the activities and theme days during their time in KLAS care. Excellent service staff are very professional would highly recommended.
