Shambles of a service. Took 30 minutes for my pizza to be ready and when I got it home it wasn't what I had ordered and was half burnt. The fries were overdone yet cold. When I complained, the insincere, canned response was to give me a voucher, for more inedible pizza I can only assume. Won't be back.
Note: Since followed the directions provided in the reply and received another rude, incoherent message from their "complaints manager". Customer service is appalling.

Very poor customer service. How can you hang up the phone when I can?t hear you. I called back and this lady tells me they are very busy. I hat a shame

Vegetarian options: I think I'm the only one who order vegi supreme at this Paisley dominos. Because you guys see in the picture the chef forget to spread the veggies and cheese to the corner just put in the middle and put into oven. Serves with smile but not expect this street style pizza in box.

Delivery man was MVP after he didnt reach us on the Phone number he tried all rooms of our guesthouse until he found us! Thank you sooo much and it was also very yummy

Delivery driver stored my pizza on its side in his thermal bag, delivered a squashed pile of pizza and drove off!

I had gone in having some difficulty with a special offer and the staff where very eager to help out, the issue was resolved quickly and in a friendly manner.
The location itself was also very clean and presentable, alongside the food being delicious.

Really really bad pizza, I think they have cut the size of the dough back on the base along with the topping as the pizza hardly fills the box. Ordered a delivery and the pizza was so thin and cremated I thought the driver had handed me an empty box. Phoned up and complained and they sent me another of the exact same wafer thin pizza which is a shame as it used to be nice however, I wont be back and would advise you to save your 25 quid and spend it elsewhere!

Absolutely shocking telephone manners. Called up for a delivery & don't take cash I was told. I then said go ahead & I will pay with card. I was asked for all my card details including security number ? When I said I wasn't comfortable with this she hung the phone up. Great customer service.

Ordered on the app, said it was delivered but didn?t turn up. When I phoned the shop about it the worker passed me onto the manager, Kelly to figure out the situation. She walked about with the phone for a good few minutes then hung up on me before even talking and then when I phoned back proceeded to talk very rudely to me and was not helpful at all. She was talking to other people at the same time. A very unpleasant experience all round.
