Waited for 45minutes to change my name, unsure we everyone was seen before myself even though I was in the store before them. I had thought it might have been because my request would be more in depth but it wasn?t, the advisor was very prompt. Little disappointing in the waiting time but staff were lovely.

Speaking as a business and personal customer of over 20 yrs enough is enough ! Completely unprofessional, zero product knowledge, no one in the branch able to advise on how to transfer funds that exceeded my daily transaction limit ?. ?Should be ok ? ?you could try this ? ?chaps payment usually goes through that day ? ? maybe better to phone customer service ? was the answer eventually when pressed for a definitive response ?McDonald?s staff are better trained and of smarter appearance I have say ? I remember when this was an actual bank with professional staff ?.so disappointing !!!!

Warm, modern, clean and comfortable branch. Always find staff pleasant and helpful. Being the only remaining branch in town the central location looking on to Dunn Square is good. Take the point about slower counter service, but how many people actually NEED to use a Branch counter these days ? Problems with disabled parking are unfortunate, but for the able bodied majority I can think of at least 2 decent sized car parks which are within 10-15 minutes walk.

No longer allowed to park in the Bank Car Park despite Disability. Disabled spaces in the Street used by anyone.Staff are always telling you what to do even if it's not for your ease. Maybe run for the Staff rather than Customer.5 Stars when I took ill they couldn't do enough.Thank you to the First Aid Lady.Grumpy lady on the door who was downright rude to Customers.

I have been a Clydesdale bank customer for 40 years and now I am leaving. They do not care if a customer is loyal or not and that customers with complete disdain. even though I have had two account with them in credit for many years and have been what I would call a good customer they make it impossible to even make an appointment. I would make the star negative if possible. Try speaking to someone here for advice since it became Virgin it is impossible and then they blame the pandemic for their poor service. It has been poor for years which is why Clydesdale comes second bottom in the National Poling for customer service. BUT THEY DON'T CARE.They continually have what they call 'GLITCHES' with their online banking but don't dare complain because its your own fault for trying to use it!

I?ve never had an issue, always helpful , yeah can be very busy but that?s due to branches closing all over , be grateful we have them cause every banks trying to go cashier free and that?s major jobs lost folks :/ use the bank folks and the tellers remember how busy ain?t the staff fault , don?t use the automated services the more you do the less they need staff
