Travelled a good distance to get here because they said on their website they had a Ps2 game i was lookin for, after i got there turns out they had the disc but not the box, and offered little to no explanation as to why no one checked, so while browsing other PS2 games, a customer walks in, forcefully and continually coughs to the point where a person would normally vomit yet didnt cover their mouths, no word from the staff to request to cover their mouth, even after COVID, i then purchased the ps2 games only for them to be very badly scratched, i understand their old games but the staff member then told me they dont have a disc cleaner here, their selling badly damaged games yet no way to repair them? Avoid this store and buy online or go elsewhere.
There is no health and safety or quality control in this shop.

The phone I bought was ok. I changed from Sony to Samsung, so I bought an S23 & never had a scratch on it & when I got home I didn't realise how small it was. Turned it on & all I've done was play solitaire & its not been on wince the 4th of this mont. I wasn't looking for my money back, all I was asking was if they could take it back & let me pay the extra £200 for S23 ultra. Paid £335 & got offered £175 as there was nothing wrong with it! I'm still using an Xperia 1 lll well over a year ago & it still works perfect

I bought iPhone 13 Pro Max from them, Apple notified me that the camera is not genuine. I never touched or repaired the phone this is exactly how they sold it to me.
When I went back, they tried to blame me, saying I must have replaced the camera myself. That?s a flat-out lie. They also claim they ?only sell phones with genuine parts,? which is obviously false. They sold me a phone with a fake part and are now refusing to take responsibility.
This feels like a complete scam. Avoid this place if you don?t want to waste your money or end up fighting over something you didn?t do. I?ll never buy anything from them again.

USELESS!! I?ll not be back! They actually told me to go to the equally USELESS ?Tech. Doctor? up the road. Go to independent repair shops, don?t waste yer time and effort going to CEX! I had to give at least 1 star coz they don?t let you put less than that!!! ????????????

I know no-one looks for dvds anymore but why say you'll buy them when staff basically tell you take them to a charity shop because they can't be bothered! Wasted journey and disappointed son who was having a clear out of dvds/games etc ?

I bought an Xbox console from paisley branch but once home found out it wasn?t reading any of the games discs I bought for it apoun returning to shop i was informed that I couldn?t get a refund or replacement yet i had only bought it a week previously and I was spoken to from your staff as if I had done something wrong all of the conversations I had with staff were being recorded by myself on body camera

I great shop for DVDs. CEX most definitely have a ramp for disabled access. The staff there are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. An excellent place to shop for tech and DVDs with their varied and wide selection to choose from.
