The worst experience ever. I bought an energy drink, and while I was there, a customer?s car broke down. I tried to help, and ended up getting a parking ticket. I went to the store many times to speak with the manager, Dolly, but she had a terrible attitude and was completely unprofessional. I?m shocked she is even a manager.

!AVOID THIS PETROL STATION! I went here to fill up with petrol, get some snacks etc and stayed longer than my 30 minute allowance because I?d been driving for a few hours prior to this stop to stretch my legs. I?ve supposedly received 2 warnings that my fine will be bumped up which were never received and now have received a debt collectors letter through my door for £170. Absolute joke and will never be using a BP garage again.

Went in for a little shopping and a car wash as there was a car in the car wash we had to wait . Washed car and left didn?t hang about or anything two weeks later received a fine for £100 reduced too £60 if paid within two weeks . Went over to garage approx 40 mile round trip and the manager told me to appeal which I did I have now been told my appeal was not upheld so if I pay £20 they will forget it. How the hell can you fine a customer for shopping in your store and using your car wash . Surely the staff shouldn?t sell car washes if someone is already using machine this then comes down to poor staff training and don?t think I don?t know what I am talking about I work in a petrol station and have done for last 24 years . People get arrested for scams every day I can?t see any difference with this legal scam and any other one .

Went for their top car wash whilst waiting for a delayed flight. Asked the last if the machine was working, very courteous, yes which one would you like? Went for their top car 6 pound all bells and whistles! Code my code and off I went. Sad in the car whilst the machine did its business. I will say it did it without once squirting some soap or wax too!! It was like someone walked around the car with a pissy hose and occasionally slapped it with some towel. Did I go and complain now, it?s 6 quid but a wasted 6 quid. Don?t use it and if you do, ask them to come out and see that it does use some kind of foam!!

Was there like 27 min was hungry get food sit eat and drink did google most bp is 30min no sign tell how long can u stay now I got fine 60 pound it look liek this is not the only time can u make a sign more clear for people. You got subway there too and u can only park 15 min really pump air petrol and stuff doesn't add up to logic

Awful awful services. Avoid at all costs. I had to calm my autistic daughter while parked up after refuelling, I overstayed the time and was hit with a £60 fine. My appeal was rejected with a cold and indifferent response. Just made a difficult situation worse.

Nothing to do with staff. I parked in bay to get water. Took my money. Never gave me the screen wash. Went spoke to staff about it. Took a while as of queue. Got to desk and told staff. Lady said should not be issued. Went paid again nothing , got a toilet. Bought bottled water to putin screen wash. End up £6.95 to top up. Eventually. Now got £100 fine for being at garage too long 39 minutes ??

Went in for a coffee and to use toilet as neighbour that I was picking up from airport was running late
Cost me £60 Did not see any signs saying it was private land ( why would you think it was )
Staff should have said about parking restrictions when they saw me at the sitting area
Never use BP again- why would you have cafe and sitting area if only allowed to park for less than 15 minutes
You do someone a favour and this happens
Of course get standard letter back if you appeal with no right of reply

Most expensive sandwich and a Dr Pepper I've ever had, and no, that isn't just because the prices inside are abhorrent. They fine you for sitting longer than 15 minutes. Judging by the reviews they make a fortune.

I got a £100 fine for 30 minutes of parking. I wouldn't recommend using this station if you want to rest after your journey and have a coffee.

Beware of the scam happening here. There is a small sign at the entrance stating that you are only allowed to "park" for a maximum of 15 minutes. It doesn't matter whether you use the amenities or not; if you overstay, they will charge you between £60 and £100. If you're driving a rental, the rental company will additionally charge you a processing fee.
You can appeal the charge (exclusively via their website), but they will only respond after the deadline for the discounted fee has expired.
I feel completely scammed and would advise any fellow travelers to find another petrol station. If the owners are reading this, please address this issue immediately.
UPDATE: The Euro Car Park "support" team will contact you after half a month or longer (up to 28 days). Thus, you will have to pay the charge, or you'll get charged even more. They will not offer any support and only refer to the sign at the entrance.

SCAM - automatic fine if you stay more than 15 minutes!
Fueled up here, paid, parked, used the bathroom and had subway within the store and received a 60 pound fine for my trouble! They use automatic cameras.

Scam car park - same as the others have stated. Stopped here for 30mins to eat at the subway on premises and refuel the car. Got charged a £100 parking fine. Did not see any signs and as it was a rental car we have to pay the rental company an extra £40 fee. BP please make your call line available through WhatsApp so we can get in contact about this. Absolutely ridiculous to charge for parking at a fuel station with a café that has tables and chairs attached.
