Been with them for 30+ years. Service has been absolutely abysmal in the last few years. Seriously considering going elsewhere. ?

Poor service, no contact lense care in over 2 years, no appointments atall actually, no one ever answers the phone, or returns calls, eventually when they re opened on January the 4th after being closed (due to covid then long holidays) ((I joined specsavers and was seen and fixed up with lenses))who seen me almost Immediately, the receptionist at specsavers remembered me from 1 phone call, she then called me with a cancellation for the next day, and I had contact lenses within 2 days, then as I said on the 4th when the Paisley branch was suitably rested and the phones were answered once again and I tried to explain to the black and lizars receptionist, that I had signed up with another opticians I was told that my quarterly pack had been sent out that day and to pay that 3 months and then they would cancel my direct debit, even though I had paid upfront and so had no outstanding balance, a joke really from beginning to end, should have gone to specsavers right enough!

I waited a month to get my contact lenses as no one bothered to call me, After 2 weeks I tried calling and the phone wouldn?t be answered , this happened every day for a week. When I eventually did get through I had to wait another week for an appointment and when I went to get the lenses the staff were rubbish when it came explaining and demonstrating how to use them. One of them then ripped a lense while handling it, she didn?t even apologise and didn?t have a replacement either so I am now left waiting longer for them to be ordered again and they wouldn?t book another appointment until they have arrived which will be another 2 weeks. The customer service is shocking to say the least. I will now be going elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend. Especially this branch.

Very professional!!!! Service although a bit expensive. And still got my safety specs wrong with the prescription....so lost a star or 2
