Score based on my experience. Key cutting machine, went solely for this purchase as it cuts 95% of keys and 3 for 2? apparently my key isn?t one of them though. Standard house key. When asked about it the staff just said there?s a Timpsons at braehead.. aye great I?ll just drive around to get a key cut. ?

Had the worst experience in this store on Friday with Ken from the painting department. Extremely rude person showing so much cheek and attitude to me and my little sister. Went to complain about him to Andrea at the front who is apparently a team lead and again she seemed so unbothered and made me feel as if I was the problem. Will be avoiding this store and it?s rude staff at all costs now!

It is a B&Q, and the staff are friendly helpful.
Unfortunately, self service check outs do not take cash, and the main check outs were poorly staffed on my last visit resulting I a slightly longer than necessary wait.

Excellent store. Unfortunately kitchen couldn?t be installed due to health issues. Kitchen is now in and is great. Whole experience of designing the kitchen, receiving it and customer service has been impeccable. David G from the kitchen team has been a star and has just provided a great service and been very approachable.

Generally this is a good shop. However, the experience at checkout is not good. Only one till is manned on a busy Saturday, the person manning it was also expected to deal with returns. So it took much longer than it should. B&Q used to have a dedicated returns desk, now it's done at checkout. Sadly, this is typical, many stores basically don't care about your shopping experience, that you have to wait in long queues, trying to force you to self checkout. All this to save them money, none of it considering the customer. I bet they have the nerve to say it's what we want. No, it isn't. Get more manned checkouts open and deal with returns somewhere else.

Before ordering something online check the trust pilot website it's more negative then positive reviews it's really disturbing ordered few parts for the toilet. Arrived on palet guy want to left all on the graund floor I stay in 3th so special when you pay for delivery.... Yeah perfect company

Home delivery service is a joke. No shows on two occasions now. Tracking information provided is meaningless. I've called in by phone to see what's happening.
After a painful 20 mins on hold I get through to an offshore call-centre in India where communication is strained, partly because there is so much background noise you can barely hear the agent- it's such an unprofessional service.
The agent I spoke to was next to useless at resolving anything with zero authority to make any decisions or take action. Put me on hold for '2 minutes' but after 15 I gave up. Another hour of my time wasted.
I guess that's the service you get when a company decides to deprioritise customer service to save a few quid. Your customers deserve better than this absolutely rubbish level of service - it's shameful.

The paint we needed wasn't available and so the staff member Ian who actually worked in the kitchen/bathroom section happened to be deployed to the paint section and I asked him about the item I wanted which was out of stock, he went out of his way to check for me but there wasn't any left. He told me he could order it for next day which I agreed and collected it next day. What fantastic customer service he provided! Well done to Ian. Very happy customer ?

James served us with the paint and was very rude, telling us that the colour was unavailable and didn?t even want to try to recreate it. Luckily another member of staff came and she was lovely and assisted us further.
