Matt the security guard took it upon himself to chase me through the car park to retrieve the goods I had "stolen". Good thing I had the receipt for the solitary item I'd purchased. Incompent beyond belief and not a word of apology. Avoid, there is plenty of competition nearby.

Pharmacy is not 24 hours, so do not advertise it as such.
There must be 200k people within a 5 mile radius, so it might be a good idea to actually operate for 24 hours.
Asda needs to be sort this.

I was over charged on 2 items however the staff were great lots of apologies, the prices on some items are ridiculous but the staff are great

Shelves constantly empty, can never get two things that go together, added onto this they have signs for frozen free from section when there is nothing whatsoever. Waste of time and extortionate at be the same time it has went downhill so much.

A bad shop that wastes your time in so many ways.
Visited at 0930 on a weekday. Shelves poorly presented and with gaps all over, not just in one section. Shelf gaps but the items on special offer areas making shopping more hassle filled.
The shop clearly wasn?t prepared for main trading
Self scan required a check which seemed to startle and annoy the staff at checkouts who responded at a speed so slow it took five minutes of waiting for them to come over, work out the problem (took surprisingly long), shuffle back to get their own scanner, and age to log in (wouldn?t they have one ready to use if they valued the customer experience) and then far too long to scan ten items in my trolley. All topped off with no apology and a ?that?s you good to go? as if they had done me a favour.
I?m glad there are other options for shopping as I?ll body swerve this poor example of a supermarket. I?d suggest others consider the same.

I have always had great difficultly with this Asda. The previous twice I ordered a click collect sat for over an hour. Phoned twice. No customer service and I had to leave without my order due to other commitments. Yesterday I ordered a delivery for today between 5-6 and I have just been notified 15 mins before it?s due to arrive that it will not be delivered until 11pm. I also was given ridiculous substitutes. Iv called up to cancel and no apology was given and I was told I will wait 3-5 days for a refund. Avoid if necessary complete waste of time.
