Terrible service, I waited 20mins with 2 people in front to be told there was no Dollars left. Lady said the man in front got them all when actually the woman in front got Euros. I suggested maybe putting a sign up to save people waiting and was told ?I don?t know what you want me to do? Again I suggested putting a sign up, to be told no.

Came in to ask about currency and Brenda your advisor was fantastic. She told me about a travel money card and told me about how to use this. Popped into Asda Linwood to pick up some American dollars and luckily I was served by the lovely Brenda. She asked if I had the Asda app (which I have) and then informed me of a better rate when showing that. Excellent service from a very pleasant and helpful lady ?
