Connor Murray is the fella to go to at Linwood VW! Super friendly, relaxed, efficient, professional and absolutely not in your face at all.He talked me through Motability with ease, knew his stuff, made me completely comfortable and helped me understand it all with patience and reassurance. I expected to be really stressed about it all due to a previous experience with someone who made it all sound so stressful, but this went seamlessly.I ended up with the car I wanted, and came out feeling really assured and confident that I made the right decision, all because of Connor's professionalism and the way he explains everything and does the majority of the work for you. I had absolutely nothing to worry about at all.We wouldn't want fo deal with anyone else now.Thank you Connor. I came in for a look and left with the perfect car for me, and a lot less to worry about every month! If I could give zero stars that would be the most accurate scoring. Almost two months ago I purchased a car from this dealer. They made an error with my address when doing the DVLA registration (basically typed my postcode wrong) and almost two months later despite hours on the phone and hundreds of emails I still have not received my V5. Because of this error I have not been able to apply for a parking permit with my council. I would not recommend this dealer.Update from 20 Feb. Finally the V5 arrived in the post and you wouldn?t believe it - this time my name is spelled wrong? I?m speechless

Grier was amazing from the day I called and inquired about a new car, when I sat down to build my Polo, right through to the day I received the car. I'd called round quite a few branches closer to us, but found Grier to be the most helpful from the get go. Everyone at the branch was very welcoming and Grier kept in contact with updates on the car throughout the whole process and I'm so pleased with it. Highly recommend. Thank you! :)

Went to volkswagon linwood today I knew what car I wanted and colour but a female member of staff spoke down to me and made me feel I shouldn't be in their showroom. You just lost a sale of the I'd 5 as travelled elsewhere where rhe staff was most welcoming very pleasant and knowledgeable ordered new car in the hour thank you Stephen for making this transaction as easy and as pleasant as you did

Purchased car from dealership in March.Before purchasing asked if they can bring car closer since I was residing in other side of Scotland. They said absolutely not a problem. Also asked if car was smoked in. Salesman insisted that no smoke smell.Car prep was good . Clean car.Once car was ready, salesman apologize but there was no way he could bring car closer. So I had to go and pick car up.After pick up once all parfum smell wore out ( week or two) you could clearly smell that car was smoked in. And just to top things up before warranty expired car developed serious gear box issues (last one might be just bad luck not dealers fault).

Went looking to buy a new Polo but the salesman (didnt get his name) told us we'd have to wait at least a year for one especially as we wanted an automatic. He showed no interest in even looking to see what he could do for us and said it is the same for any manufacturer. We asked to see some of the used Polos to get an idea of the size. He showed us the boot size but again wasn't interested in showing us the inside of the car. Weren't invited into the showroom either to see what other new cars they had. Very strange. Maybe he thought we werent serious buyers as we look quite young? He gave us the feeling that we were wasting his time. We had a large deposit to put down for a new car which we never mentioned. The customer service might have been different if we had disclosed this. We left feeling deflated thinking theres no way we'd get a new car before our baby is due in 4 months. We took a trip to the Audi showroom and bought a brand new car that day which is being delivered in 3 months. They couldn't have been nicer.

Good experience nice guys doing the deals . 4/5/23 having some trouble getn a repair to the car done after spending over 55 grand...not impressed .

Don?t know about sales, but dropped my car in here for a service today came back to find it lying unlocked and must have been for over an hour, and also car had been used for personal use at lunch time as was told a 1 mile road test was done and 9km was shown on WeConnect and out for half an hour. Not a trustworthy garage, will use another Volkswagen garage next time.

Came here last week, just browsing to see what car I would like next.I found the car I wanted and we decided to chat with them about it.We were greeting by Simon Haniford upon entering.I cannot thank Simon enough for his help and support, he was knowledgable of anything we asked of him and he done so much for us to get the best possible deal.Simon was friendly and came across as so genuine. This resulted in us buying 3 cars from him ? which took up his whole day, sorting out the paperwork and also getting them all cleaned and organised for us to pick up on the same day!! Which is a service I have never experienced before.During our time there so many staff were friendly and welcoming to us and the Sales manager - Ross (I believe) also came and spoke to us and was very helpful also.I even received a phone call the following week from Simon to ask how things were.I honestly could not recommend this Arnold Clark enough!Thanks again!
