Car was in for diagnostic checks several times regarding parking sensor and other sensor issues. After the 3rd time they stated every one of my front 6 sensors were stone chipped or scratched, my car was only over a year old and had no damage to them. Garage never said they were all damaged on previous checks and appeared to give this an excuse as unable to record the problem attending to charge me over £1,100 for work that didn?t need carried out. I had this confirmed by taking my car to another authorised Seat dealership.Raised a complaint through the garage and AC customer services and pretty much been ignored over a period of over 5 months. My car remains faulty as a result unable to use numerous features and it?s very concerning that some other person may have paid out for repairs or parts not actually required through lazy diagnostics not taking time to identify the fault and just simply replace parts.In summary the garage attempts to charge and carry out work that isn?t actually required and ignore you when you point out their error and submitting a compline through ombudsman as a result and simply ignoring me when contacting them.

We ordered a car in October 2022Waited till November 2023 to be called to say it will ready - the day the car was meant to be delivered we were called to say the wrong car had been sent. Spoke to a sales manager Blair McDonald who was adamant we got what was ordered. The salesman finally admitted that we didn?t get what was ordered and this mistake was 100% a human error on Arnold Clark side. They now want us to wait at least another 9 months till they re order the car. Supposed to be one of the biggest dealerships in the country and they can?t offer any alternative solutions.The sales manager didn?t even offer an apologySham of an operationAvoid at all costs

Walked in with the misses and kids and went to reception who was great, I was then given a salesman(not sure if thje title is warranted here) i asked to see a seat estate or a Skoda Kodiak the chap looked utterly confused and said we don't have any of those here they sell as quickly as they come in. No asking us if we were interested in anything else or if we wanted to look at used ones even though i promoted him to do so .The fire alarm went off at the same time so we had to leave utterly ridiculous service. I hope management read this and actually help better train staff in catching sales . plus news for us we bought kodiaq that same day( elsewhere) and are picking it up shortly. first and last time id step foot in a place like that. I put as much detail as needed so the member of staff remembers who i am ,shoddy work lad.

Car is currently in with a noise from the engine, first time they had it in they said they couldn?t fault it. Second time they said there may be swarf in the gearbox. They have done a gearbox oil change under warranty but the noise is still there, they are now asking us for over £200 (apparently this is not covered by warranty and it?s due to the way we are driving, even though they don?t actually know if this is the issue) to carry out an adjustment but they don?t even know if this will fix it. I phoned the branch twice to speak to the advisor Megan but she couldn?t be bothered phoning back, eventually after sending an email to the manager he called back but he couldn?t really give any answers and it seems like a guessing game at the expense of us. I called seat customer services to discuss but they can?t speak to me because Arnold Clark haven?t updated the VMS system even though my car has been in with them several times for services previously, so no one has ever updated this. I then called Arnold Clark again to get them to update the system but once again no one is answering the calls so I can?t take this further with seat until this is updated. Absolutely shocking service.

Came here for an MOT, told that the light out was a fail. Took car elsewhere as something didn't feel right and the other place I got booked stated that the additional upper brake light was merely an advisory as legally they cannot dismantle the car to find out if it's connected or not.Arnold Clark took one look at it and decided they were going to alter the rules to their own afford to try and rube more money out of me.Trusted my gut when I said give me my keys and car back. And never looked back.
