we had an issue with parking at the front of the building as the car park had reached capacity, we had no other option but to park in a disabled bay - the Christmas decorations were stunning as is the overall warm and traditional feel of the interior and exterior, the food was beautiful (the Turkey dinner to be precise)...

From 1236 Cave Bar at Meldrum House
1236 is housed in the 800-year Cave Bar within Meldrum House Country Hotel. Serving Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner, it's a casual dining experience which is open 7 days a week from 9am. There is an outdoor terrace where diners can sit outside when the weather is nice. Well behaved dogs are also welcome with their owners. Booking online is available on the website.
