“Your manager at your Oban branch was so helpful , polite and explained everything he was doing. I had to get 4 new tyres for my car Goodyear all season which are a good all year round tyre and I had asked him to check the wheel alignment which was really bad my rear tyres were completely out of line and the front were out of line as well. He spent about an hour working the wheel alignment equipment to get everything back to where it should have been so now it’s all good thanks to the manager of the Oban branch. All the other members of staff were polite and and very mannerly which is a good advert for the branch in Oban so if you could let them all know at the branch please. I know how much customer feedback means to the staff so thank you again,”

“We went there today while on holiday in Scotland as we had a bolt in the tyre. The service was the best I've had in any tyre garage. 2 workers worked on the car and less than 10 minutes from arriving our tyre had been repaired and I'd payed a nominal sum of money for their work. Don't go to Kwikfit!”
