I've visited The Whisky Shop at their Obam location twice already. The first is 2022, and now in 2023. Both times, my experience was great. The whole staff was both very knowledgeable and extremely attentive. This last time, I also visited their location at the Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow, where I purchased a collector's bottle of Blantons Bourbon. The staff once again were great, especially Donald, who helped us and was very friendly. I will continue to shop at these stores and will highly recommend it to others.

We stopped here on our anniversary trip. If you want the best customer service and to meet lovely locals this is a must visit! Lots of whiskey to try and a large selection.

Came up from England on a holiday was interested in buying a whiskey , unbelievable the woman in the ship couldn?t be more nicer.A few samples of whiskey to don the right one and bought an 85 pound bottle of whiskey.Class

So I went to the store because I went to go buy a bottle of whiskey at another store this store sold bottle whiskey at a nice cheap price. The other store just down the road is an absolute bloody scammer if you're there. Buying a bottle of Oban 14 and they say it's £79 run. Just run go here instead. The prices are reasonable unlike that scam of a place. Owners are pretty damn knowledgeable too ?

Went in there on Saturday 27th May (2023). The guy behind the counter was possible the worse person possible to have a job in sales. Like he had some form of anti-sales Tourettes that made him say stuff to annoy customers. Pick up a glass to check its weight and he shouted ?it?s a glass!!? sarcastically. Asking if we were allowed to pick up items before we buy, he stated ?people just come in here and look at whisky???Strange guy. We went 100 yards away and bought elsewhere. I wouldn?t spend your money here.

Small and very friendly family run whisky shop. Chatty and very knowledgeable owners, with an expansive collection of whiskys. Spent a bit more than we had intended but came away with three very exciting purchases - one we've yet to try but the other two are excellent ?

Popped in here just to browes and maybe pick up a few gifts and was treated to a very interesting chat about whiskys by Grant.A very knowledge bloke, very passionate about whisky and the local area. A credit to the shop and Scotland.Hope to be back very soon.
