We visited Saturday 3rd for dinner. Chose this restaurant on the varied menu. I had the fish chowder to start which was thick & moreish. Exactly as it should be. My wife had the salt & chilli chicken. This was also 10/10 delicious.. for mains I had the half rack of ribs my wife had the chicken Kiev. Again food was fab. The night was made even more enjoyable by the chatty & amazing server Inayah. The atmosphere was buzzy & the restaurant busy. We never had too long to wait for a table. Can't wait to visit again.

Food was meh. Hot chocolate had the worst whipped cream I had in my life.
Took 30+ min for the food to arrive. charged us 8£ for half a corn cob (corn ribs). waitresses were really cute so 2 stars and not one

Went there with a group of 7 for lovely breakfast. Had a vegan breakfast. Friends enjoyed their food. Can pay separate each by a card or cash. Quick service and friendly staff.

Popped in here for coffee and a filled roll for breakfast. The coffee was prefect and the lorn sausage in a fresh morning roll superb. Great location and friendly service.

A really great place for breakfast or lunch - I never managed to book for dinner at the Hidden Steakhouse behind the café. Anyway the breakfast is excellent and the service is quick and cheerful. A gratuity is put on the bill as standard but you can decline (I didn't- because they deserve it). The cafe is right on the seafront between the North and South piers and has loads of seating both inside and out. Breakfast is available until 11 with a shutdown until lunch service at 12.

We had Breakfast there (Smashed avocado toasted and pancakes with sirup and fruit compote).
It was delicious and the staff was very kind.

10% service charge for a table of two, who had two course each seemed quite cheeky. The serving staff were very pleasant and hard working, however the mains were quite slow to arrive.
The food was OK, nothing special. I had the pollock special, which was a bland fish and chips. My wife had salmon gratin which was pretty good. Starters were small for the price, less than one whole cob of corn for the 'corn ribs'. All in all, not terrible but pretty pricey for what was served up.

We had a fantastic breakfast here on a Sunday morning the staff were superb. Highly recommended if you?re stopping in Oban.

Normally love it here but the food this evening was awful. Fish pie was described as smoked fish and prawns with mashed potato. I didn't expect a scotch pie type thing with minced fish and separate mashed potatoes in the side. The pie itself was dry and the mashed potato was stodgy and tasteless.
No-one asked how our food was- even when they took my mostly uneaten plate away.

Party of 9, food was tasty and service was good, dog friendly, good choice in music but a tad loud for conversation with a speaker right above our table (was turned down on request) would have received a healthy tip but noticed the service charge on the bill so received less sorry not paying twice just hope staff receive service charge ...
