“A really nice branch of 'Smiths' in the main shopping street, with all the things you'd expect to find (magazines, newspapers, greetings cards, stationery, confectionery etc) and a particularly good book department. There is a superb range of Scottish books (which I have not come across in all branches of the store north of the border), and a full supply of maps as well. The staff seemed very pleasant.”
