I've been to this store multiple times the past week as I'm moving back to the UK from abroad, and the store associates and what the store offers have been nothing short of amazing! The team are incredibly helpful and pleasant, and the store itself is well organized and simply laid out. Everything I have ordered has been spot on and in the few cases I needed to bring something back for a refund ( only because I changed my mind, not because of defective product) the process was seamless. Great store and people working there!

I purchused a washing machine with home delivery within 2 weeks. Then I went to Argos,see if they can deliver it sooner as the old one just gone. The lady there,and a gentleman , Valerie and Corey come to help me to cancel the home delivery order online,and purchuse anoteher washing machine in the store. So thanks for them I had a washing machine on the same day. Valerie and Corey customer service are way beyond professional, excellent. They are so kind,patience,and done everything for me to resolve my issue. Im so VERY VERY thankfull for what they done????

Purchased a DeLonghi oil radiator. Upon opening the carton after it was delivered, it had obviously been a return from a customers it was poorly packed and was damaged. Despite calling the store several times over the course of the day and the following morning the same message"Due to the volume of calls we cannot answer your call, please go on line" On line was no better "chat" line was also too busy. Impossible to speak to any one about the issue. No alternative but to drive to Oban to return the product. Sainsbury/Argos you should sort out your appalling after sale service

They reffused to refund me the money for a faulty bookcase because it was damaged. But the damage was caused because of bad materials when joining them together. As soon as i mentionned i would like to speak to the store manager and put a formal complaint, i was threatenned with the police if i didnt leave the store.

Worst experience online live chat I've ever had think its automated when you call store you can't speak to a member of staff just want to make sure my order went through money taken from account no confirmation email received not sure this is the oban shops fault but really bad from argos

Bought a TV at Christmas time was asked if I wanted insurance etc said no paid for TV went to bank today to find that argos has signed us up to WLY completesave at £15 per month. Checked this company out on Google Scam, what about your data protection policy argos, waiting for your response argos
