The rooms are great! Good sized for the area, but most importantly the staff is amazing. Gentleman at the front desk will bend over backwards for you. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

We only ate at the restaurant and did not stay in the hotel rooms. Food was enjoyable and nice place to eat. Enjoyable lunch for a family of 5 with 3 young children.

You'll enjoy staying here , I absolutely did. The room are a good size and immaculately kept.
The real highlight is the breakfast , unusual way to do it with having a form in your room to hand in to reception but my god it's worth doing. Been travelling for work for a long time but this was right up there.
Food & drinks: Also like how they will promote local craft beers on draught. It might not be for everyone but offering a taste of a local effort is great to see.

I had a lovely Sunday lunch there. Garlic and Chilli prawns and a lovely Sunday roast.
Young staff were all very attentive.
Dog friendly
Walkability: I walked from Yellowcraigs in about 50 minutes, along the John Muir way. An alternative pavement route would probably take 20 longer.

Fantastic stay over New Year. Well looked after by the all of the staff (special shout outs to Jamie and Moira). Great choice of beers and excellent food in friendly warm surroundings.

Great hotel with a really friendly staff, important to say they're pet friendly.Short walking distance from the city center and really close to the sea.Great breakfast and good beer options.Recommend and will return.Walkability: Close by amenities, short walk distance to the sea. Train station must be 5 mins from it.Food & drinks: Good burger, good beers.If you're expecting a reasonably served dinner, get a burger. It's a good dine but quite a French portion (small..., I had a burger as the portion felt like an entry, lol. As I said, tasty but small.

Went for evening meal. Good selection on the menu. Our party had burgers and fish pie. Both were excellent.Good variety of beers (ales and larger) at the bar (which played sport on the TVs).Pleasant and helpful waiter staff. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Located at 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre of North Berwick, it's nice place to stay. I'm not sure about the other room but we had the honeymoon one and it was very spacious, traditional style with a modern bathroom. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was cooked at the time we wanted, plenty of choice, and you can get cereals, fruit salad, porridge.. etcWe also had dinner and it was delicious. I definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again
