I popped into Patricia one week before Christmas with my 'squashed' wedding + eternity rings after weightlifting! Despite being in no rush, just a few days later the rings were ready for collection and I had them to wear again on Christmas Day. They were perfectly round again, and super shiny. Thank you so much Patricia for adding their sparkle again.

Patricia did an incredible job resetting a Victorian engagement ring with a modern cut stone. The new setting is so delicate and fits the antique style of the ring beautifully. Patricia also created a pendant with the remaining diamond from the same ring, recycling the gold leftover from resizing. It was a quick turnaround so I received my jewellery back in no time and both pieces are exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend.

Why would you say you are open until 4pm and be closed before 3:30pm? Disappointed and pretty poor care towards customers depending on buying gifts from your shop.

We have been married for over 40 years and unfortunately did not require any designer rings, but Patricia repaired my engagement ring and cleaned my white gold wedding ring. Both rings look brand new and we are so delighted.

My wife and I were looking for a ruby and diamond ring to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and wanted something unique and personalised. Patricia impressed us with her approach to such bespoke commissions, coming up with a choice of designs using CAD, with realistic photo-representations for us to peruse. My wife chose a platinum wire design with ruby and diamonds, and the ring was ready in just over two weeks - most impressive. We were both delighted with the very high standard of the finished product, and more than happy with the excellent personal service provided by Patricia. Highly recommended.
