An incidence of rage road from someone driving one of their company vans in Bruntsfield. The language and threatening behaviour from this employee would make me concerned to have them anywhere near my house.

David and the team completely remodelled a 2 bed flat including bathroom, kitchen, flooring, wiring, plumbing, cabinetry, tiling, door fixtures and glass, etc. not only was the work to an exceptional standard, professional but are also friendly and lovely to have around! Really easy to deal with, where nothing is a problem and always have solutions to everything. I would highly recommend them.Services: General construction

For my wife and I there are three things that set KSPM apart for other contractors we have used during our home renovation and extension project:1) Communication - David and the team were always available, friendly, helpful and took the time to explain what work was required, how it would be done and were more that happy to answer any questions we had.2) Positive attitude - this was a significant project and a couple of problems came up during the course of the project which could not have been predicted at the start. The team at KSPM Building Services took these in their stride and came up with solutions and recommendations for how to proceed. We also added in some extra work during our project and KSPM Building Services were happy to factor this in within the original timescales.3) Trust - our initial impression of David and the the team at KSPM was that they were trustworthy, dependable and we could rely upon them to get the job done. If anything, our opinion has only improved as the project has gone on due to their hard-work and dedication. They were efficient and had regular contact with us to keep us updated on the progress of our extension. We highly recommend KSPM Property Maintenance Services who built our rear extension well within the timescale quoted at the onset. David and his team, headed by Gareth have exceeded our expectations with the quality of work and level of service given. Nothing has been a bother and they have gone the extra mile on several occasions for us Particularly liked our ?Whats App? group chat that David set up which enabled us to update each other or raise any concerns which were always dealt with efficiently and quickly. Just love our new extension too!!!

David?s attention to detail at managing the works was excellent from start to finish. His tradesmen all were very experienced and professional.Despite delivery issues and increase in cost due to COVID the final price was as agreed at commencement.Attending to snagging at completion and ensuring the council inspection and obtaining the completion certificate was carried out without question.We were very pleased with our home extension at completion.

We instructed KSPM on the build of a single storey extension and internal ground floor reorganisation for our home.David and team were recommended to us and that turned out to be a great recommendation. The guys were fantastic throughout and we are delighted with the end result.Communication was clear and delivery was as promised. Pricing and changes were transparent and the team were great to have in the house.Any small issues that arose (caused by access and neighbours outwith everyone's control) were promptly addressed and the guys went out their way to keep the project on time and budget.We would/will definitely use them again.

KSPM did a fantastic job building the extension of my house. It was a very well organised operation and the team were great to work with; I didn?t expect them to be so tidy and considerate which immediately makes me recommend them. They were able to accommodate changes too and gave me advice on additional matters, such as flooring, and helped me install new laminate all within the promised timeframe. Nearby neighbours all commented on the speed and efficiency that they all worked with too.Service: Refurbishment

David and team did a great job of our garage conversion. Very professional and any problems or concerns we had are quickly dealt with and rectified on time. we have had issues with some of the suppliers resulting in some delays but these are out of his control. Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the build and would highly recommend. Gareth and Craig (Joiners) were very helpful and we are very happy with their services however there are some other areas where we are let down by the quality.
