This Shop was late opening after lunch.We went to the trouble of waiting outside for 10 minutes. Still not open. Went for a walk around Newton Steward and called back. We asked if they could do a bouquet of flowers while we waited please! A very unprofessional unfriendly answer was snapped back at us,?No I?m to busy?Well lady no wonder your shops up for sale! Guess you don?t get a lot of repeat business with that attitude you never even asked us what kind how much.Maybe if your lunch time kept to the advertised times you?d have had more time??.

I rang this morning @ 11am and asked if they could sort some flowers for delivery to my mother at a rural location, other florist in the area didn?t seem to do this .The guy on the phone very helpful and friendly.Just had a thank you text @ 15.10 from my mother flowers ? lovely,1 happy mother1 happy customerKeep up the good work 5 starWould recommend ?

I don't live in the area but needed some flowers delivered to my mum locally. I phoned in my delivery and they were so helpful and easy to deal with. Will definitely be using their service again in the future.

We needed to send some flowers to our recently-bereaved relative in a village about 10 miles from Newton Stewart and The Flower Centre were kindness personified. Not only helpful and understanding, but within 3 hours of placing the order, we got a phone call from our relative "thanking us for the beautiful bouquet". Thank you Flower Centre for an efficient and timely delivery to our relative. Good service!
