Thankful for Hamish?s help and was so impressed wanted to write feedback and share. His customer service was excellent. I was concerned about my bike and he checked it out when we dropped in ahead of a cycle ride in the Newton Stewart area. He sorted my bike, sourced a 2nd hand mudguard and was generally super helpful. We also purchased a saddle and two helmets all reasonably priced and great quality. A golden nugget of a find. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Hamish the manager is extremley helpful and really knows his stuff about mtbing, Plus he really knew what he was dooing & how to look after my top of the line Carbon Ebike, i travelled 6 hours for a holiday and arrived with a dropper post that Failed on my first ride, this shop was the only one out of 4 shops that could managed to get me back out riding again and not spoil my Biking Holiday, and best of all the price was very reasonable, thanks so much.

On holiday in the local area. Managed to mangel my chain and the associated mess that created with my gearing. Brilliant no fuss service, professional and efficient. Would absolutely 100% recommend.

I'll start by saying i don't write reviews but after the service here i couldn't not. I couldn't recommend this shop or this man enough phil I believe. We have been cycling this week and Wednesday my sons bike broke i called up and was told he would have a look , went in he dropped everything and fixed it there and then and charged a very reasonable price. Roll on 2 days and pretty much demolish my back end again he dropped everything fixed it there and then. Again very reasonable and then even gave me a discount. I am very happy with how everything went. I'll finish by saying there isn't many places round here to go to so this man could literally have charged what he wanted but he didn't. There are still good people about. Top man Top business Very highly recommended ?

Superb service. Picked up flat tyre while touring in area. Arrived 10 mins before closing. Fixed and sorted on the spot. Very helpful and informative.
