Rare to post such a positive review these days re a bank but staff, especially Pauline were fantastic isle helping my elderly mother with a variety of banking needs. Flexible and helpful!

Staff are helpful, pay in machines are great. Really pleased there is still a bank open somewhere.

I went to pay cash in today at quarter to 2 and the bank was closed from half 1 to half 2 for ?lunch?. It looks like this bank is living in the 1950s. Why not have alternate staff lunches to allow the bank to stay open? Banks wonder why they are losing market share to fintechs. This is why. Zero thought to the customer. Crazy way to run any business. Nothing online to even state the bank is closed during this time!

Went to the bank today to see all the staff walking about without masks on while a sign on the door says closed due to covid 19 not one staff couuld come to the door with any explanation shocking service

Arrived at the branch to pay cheques into my business account when I was asked to use their business ATM machine (which wasn?t working) I then went back and spoke to the woman who told me to travel to Shawlands to pay them in.When I arrived at Shawlands the manager said that the lady could?ve simply paid the cheques in however didn?t want to.Disgusting way to be treated and unable to bank locally anymore.
