Sorry we won?t be back. The girl serving was not pleasant, hair on plate, we asked for an orange juice for my daughter only for be given a fizzy drink, my children do not like fizzy juice rudely was questioned by the girl serving why my child doesn?t drink fizzy juice. It wasn?t what we ordered.
This isn?t the first time the service hasn?t been great.

Big shout out to Abby and Nikki for their excellent service this morning. They immediately picked up on a minor error and sorted it out; no doubt due to some very recent changes, so it's fair to have a few teething issues. However, I am still always very impressed on how this team run around on their feet; always giving service with a smile. By the end of our meal two other ladies were also assisting us. We simply had to give the Manager compliments on her team. Well done ladies for your excellent service, so I am looking forward to returning when I am next out that way.

When visiting Rogersons Shoes last year I discovered Primavera and since then I have had lunch multiple times with friends and family. The Menu offers me lots of choice of the type of food that I love, the portions are large and the quality is great. The selection of cakes and pastries would be difficult to beat. As well as great food the staff are super friendly and very attentive without being intrusive. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

One of favorite hangouts. Mainly as the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food is nice. Service can be a tad slow at times but I would suggest folk to indicate to the staff earlier on if you are in a rush.

A stop today for a cake and juice during shopping, staff are wonderful, welcomed immediately and shown to a table, drinks order taken and as we knew exactly what was required we ordered hot apple pie with ice cream, it?s utterly the best around, service was excellent and we were asked during our visit if everything was ok. Can?t fault it. Well recommended, lunch is also good and served daily

There are things about Primavera that I like, for one, the staff are always very friendly. However, the service is normally very slow and the prices are phenomenal. Take the goat's cheese crostini ? near enough £9 for a piece of bread with two bits of goat's cheese and caramelised onions with a very skimpy, if not downright cheeky, portion of salad on the side. The quality of the produce also doesn't justify the price. It doesn't seem to be worth visiting if you consider that you're being charged restaurant prices to sit in the middle of a freezing cold shopping mall and not getting your money's worth into the bargain.

Walked into cafe to be greeted by screaming children. I understand this is no fault of the staff but is still not a good look on the business. Staff looked miserable and exhausted and I waited a long time to be seated. The strawberry tart was delectable and the waitress that served me was very polite. Did not catch her name as she got told to ?go for an apple? but she was very young with black hair. ?
